+ What are your business hours?

During a normal work week (Mon-Fri), our photographer is available for photo shoots 5pm - 7pm. On weekends, availability is from 8am - 7pm. There's no extra charge for weekend appointments. Same rate as during the week. When requesting an appointment on the Book Now page, the calendar will show what time slots are currently available each day for the next two weeks.

+ Are you available outside your East Valley service area?

Part of our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service is being on-time for all scheduled appointments. We realize real estate professionals have very busy schedules and cannot afford to have photographers show up late for scheduled photo shoots. Being late would create havoc for us as well. For this reason, we've opted to review and not auto-approve booking requests to verify the properties being shot fall within our service area. It wouldn't make sense to have a photo shoot in Surprise or North Scottsdale and then have our photographer try to make it to Chandler or Gilbert in time for the next appointment. We are willing to be flexible and go outside our East Valley service area, on a case-by-case basis depending on location of the property and scheduling for the requested day. There would be an extra charge depending on the location. Please contact us via our Contact Us page or email if you would like to schedule a shoot outside our service area.

+ What forms of payment do you accept? When is payment due?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover). Once a booking request has been reviewed and approved, an invoice will be emailed to you via our payment processor Squareup. Payment is due prior to photos being delivered. The photographer can accept payment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other contactless payment types in person the day of the photo shoot using a Square chip card reader.

+ What is the best way to contact you?

During the hours of 8am - 4pm from Monday to Friday, the best way to reach us is filling out the form on the Contact Us page. This form will send us an email. We will respond as soon as possible.

+ Do you shoot in HDR?

No, for most indoor photos, we shoot multiple frames using ambient natural lighting and flash, then blend them in Adobe Photoshop. We feel blending ambient and flash gives better results than HDR with more realistic lighting and colors.

+ What equipment do you use?

We currently use a Sony full-frame mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens and tripod for most indoor and outdoor photos. For indoor shots, multiple Speedlite flashes and a monolight (for larger rooms) are used for lighting. Elevated pole photos are taken with a smaller Sony APS-C mirrorless camera.

+ Do you process photos yourself or outsource?

We handle post-processing of photographs ourselves using the Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom) and do not outsource, ensuring you'll get the highest quality photographs.

+ What formats do you provide for photographs?

Once your photos are ready, typically within 24 hours, you'll be emailed links to download photographs from our OneDrive cloud storage in both print resolution and formatted for the web and ARMLS.

+ Do you provide drone photos or video?

Our photographer will be able to provide drone photos and video once he's obtained the FAA Part 107 certificate, hopefully be early summer 2019. For most properties not located on large lots, we recommend our Aerial Pole Photography service, photos taken with pole-mounted camera 8 to 16 ft high.

+ Can you provide video walkthroughs of properties?

Video is coming soon! The Sony full-frame mirrorless camera we use for photography can also take amazing video in up to 4K. However, we still need to obtain a gimbal, a device which prevents the camera from shaking during filming. Once we have this equipment we will be able to add video walkthroughs to our available service offerings.
